Privacy Policy – Marketing Agent

Marketing Agent is a tool operated by Harn Chiu to plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns for small health-care practices that have given permission.

Data we access. With the account holder’s permission, the app accesses Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API: account details, campaigns, ads, keywords and performance reports.

How we use it. Only to create, manage and report on the account holder’s own advertising campaigns. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Sharing. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. Ad text may be processed by AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) to draft and check ads; no personal data about patients is processed.

Storage and retention. Data is stored securely on the operator’s own systems and kept only as long as the campaign relationship lasts, or until deletion is requested.

Your choices. You can revoke the app’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or request deletion of your data by emailing hbchiu@gmail.com.
